The College of Law at Al-Bayan University was held a symposium titled (Iraq\u2019s Need for Arbitration between Reality and ideality) under supervision of the president of Al-Bayan University, Professor Dr. Haider Talib Al-Emara, and the dean of college of law Prof. Dr. Nawar Daham Motar Al-Zubaidi.<\/p>\n

The speech was delivered by Mr. Marwan Abed Salman, and Mr. Abbas Qasim Mohamed, focusing on the importance of arbitration and the actual need of Iraq for arbitration within Iraqi laws and the international agreements.<\/p>\n

The symposium was attended by academic staff as well as students.<\/p>\n
