On Sunday, February 16, 2025, the Technical Engineering College at Al-Bayan held a scientific seminar titled \u201cThe Phenomenon of Drug Abuse and Its Impact on Students\u2019 Academic Performance.\u201d The event was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohanad Sameer Al Sodani, Dean of the College, and Dr. Nouf Thabit, Scientific Assistant, along with several faculty members and students.<\/p>\n
The seminar was presented by Dr. Hassan Al-Juwari and Assistant Lecturer Rasool Mohammed Fadhil, who discussed the causes of drug abuse among students and its negative effects on academic achievement. They also highlighted effective strategies to combat this phenomenon and ways to raise awareness about its dangers.<\/p>\n
