In the hall of continuing education of the College of Health and Medical Techniques, an introductory workshop was held on how to evaluate the performance of the teaching and administrative staff in 2024\/10\/12. Lecturer Sarah Abdulateef Kadhim lectured in it. The workshop focused on important points in performance evaluation with how to improve the results of the lecturers\u2019 evaluation. All evaluation forms were addressed, including the typical teaching evaluation form, the administrative teaching evaluation form, and the employee and teaching assistant evaluation form and the dean of the College\u2019s evaluation form, and the most important attendees at the workshop were the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Techniques, his scientific and administrative assistants, and the heads of departments.
