\nDispelling ambiguities surrounding the aforementioned Code by explaining its most prominent legal concepts and outlining the areas it aims to address or develop.

\nReference was made to the Code’s impact on family structure, as well as women’s and children’s rights, illustrating how modern amendments can contribute to improving the quality of life.
