On Monday, 2\/3\/2026, a training course entitled \u201cWomen\u2019s Leadership: Professional Training and Development of Leadership Skills\u201d was conducted by Assistant Lecturer Hajar Aqeel Kazem, faculty member at Al-Bayan University \u2013 College of Education \u2013 Department of English.<\/p>\n
The course aimed to empower women both academically and professionally while strengthening their leadership presence. It focused on developing essential skills such as initiative, decision-making, self-confidence, effective communication, and managing challenges through practical, applicable strategies.
