Prof.Dr. Ghaith Ali Jasim, dean of the college of Health and Medical Techniques, chaired the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis in the specialty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the student “Munir Mohammed Hanoun”, which took place on Thursday morning, July 16, in the Imam Sadiq (P) Hall at the College of Pharmacy \/ Mustansiriya University.<\/p>\n
The main findings of the study:<\/p>\n
Double effectiveness: The combination of the natural compound with the drug led to a noticeable increase in the elimination of cancer cells compared to the use of the drug alone.<\/p>\n
Inhibition of cancer: The combined treatment brought about positive molecular changes that inhibited cancer-related cellular signaling and mitigated the side effects of the drug.<\/p>\n
