The training course was held at the college with the attendance of the dean of the pharmacy college, Assistant Professor Hassanien Sagban Taghi and a group of the teaching team, it was about the lifestyle that depends on the counting of calories for each person that is needed to maintain the body weight or for weight loss in a specific time; each with his needs.
The workshop also broached the types of food and their content of Carbohydrates, fats and protein with the importance of eating enough vegetables daily and reducing sugar intake.
