In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a memorandum of scientific cooperation and twinning was signed between the College of Law and Political Science at Al-Bayan University and the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University. The signing was attended by the deans of both colleges, Prof. Dr. Alaa Al-Silawi and Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Saeedi. The memorandum aims to build bridges of scientific cooperation and exchange of expertise between the two colleges on various levels, including the exchange of scientific expertise and collaboration in the field of scientific research.
