The purpose of this agreement is to strengthen the bonds of cooperation in higher education and encouraging creativity and innovation , this agreement was signed on Wednesday 4/4/2018 between:
The first side: the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh global, represented by Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh.
The second side: Al-Bayan University, represented by the vice chancellor Dr. Ahmed Salman Shuhayb.
1- Al-Bayan University is going to open a new college based on Talal Abu-Ghazaleh’sprograms, called Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College for Creativity.
2-Al-Bayan University is going to open a center for teaching English and other languages under the academic supervision of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh global.
3- Al-Bayan University is going to open a center for teaching information technology skills under the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Certificate for Information technology programs.
4- Regulate the financial and administrative details of the agreement.
5-The obligations of both sides are:
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh global Obligations
- Undertaking to provide the academic programs and the centers have already mentioned.
- Updating the academic programs constantly.
- Setting criteria for selecting the faculty members for all the college and the two centers in coordination with the Al-Bayan University.
- Supporting creativity and innovation for both faculty members and students of the Al-Bayan University.
Al-Bayan University obligations
- Developing programs to attract candidates and innovators from all over the world.
- Providing the necessary facilities inside Iraq to enable the first party to carry out its own responsibilities towards the college and the two centers.
- Attracting the professional academic staff based on Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research rules.
