Al-Bayan staff teamwork has paid off as the University developed an e-governance program that reflects the vision of the University’s modernity since its establishment.

This electronic program would:
1- Influence the facilitation of the scientific and administrative procedures in various aspects of the university, such as offering students e-lectures, providing the tables, lessons, and examinations electronically, and e-recording of attendance.
2. The e-governance program is a modern vision that the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research seeks to work on, especially with regard to the registration system. It will reduce the administrative routine and data entry procedures.
3. The University staff will be able to shorten the time of students registration for the new academic year (2019-2020), and the subsequent academic years.
4. The program will facilitate the tuition payment procedures.

Lastly, the University wishes all its employees, teaching staff, and students further progress in the educational process to serve our beloved Iraq.
