The Ministerial Team of the E-Learning Project at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organized the first electronic training workshop for e-learning and integerated education for staff of Al-Bayan University on Wednesday (September 9, 2020). The coordinator of the Ministerial Team for e-learning (Prof. Dr. Amer Al-Amir) attended the workshop. In the presence of the President of Al-Bayan University (Prof. Dr. Kazem Abdul-Amir Al-Zaidi), the Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs (Prof. Dr. Intisar Tariq Numan), the deans of the faculties, and the university professors. This workshop comes within the framework of Al-Bayan University’s preparations for the next academic year (2020-2021).

This comes in line with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the implementation of e-learning systems and integrated education. For the purpose of developing the electronic skills of the staff as part of their teaching tasks, updating and developing the electronic education aspect, and drawing future plans for it. The workshop included the opening of the discussion space for the honorable attendees with the members of the distinguished ministerial team to respond to the inquiries. The workshop included a review of recent trends in e-learning using the Internet, and various applications in education. The ministerial team praised the university’s achievements in e-learning.
