Al-Bayan University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – International Organizations Department – Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, organized a training workshop entitled “Mechanisms of Cooperation between Iraqi Universities and International Institutions.”

The workshop was attended by the university president, Dr. Haider Talib Al-Amara, the representative of the University founder, and the university’s vice presidents for academic and administrative affairs, as well as deans of faculties and representatives from various Iraqi universities across different provinces. In addition to Mr. Timothy Mason, a consultant from UNESCO’s TVET Reform Project.

The workshop featured lectures by Mr. Timothy Mason from UNESCO, as well as Professor Eleanor Robinson, Head of the Department of Humanities at the University College London (UCL), and Dr. Moufaq Sajet, Director of the International and Arab Organizations Department at the Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relations in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. These lectures aimed to explore how to establish cooperation with international institutions and leverage them to serve the scientific advancement in our beloved Iraq.
