In a step reflecting its ongoing growth and continuous efforts in enhancing its global academic status, Al-Bayan University has achieved a new milestone by obtaining the “Reporter” status for the first time in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings. This honor is a recognition of the university’s active participation in rankings, representing an initial step towards meeting the entry criteria for future rankings. It is of value to note that The THE Asia University Rankings 2024 uses the same 18 performance indicators as its counterpart THE World University Rankings, although the former is re-adjusted to suit the qualities of Asia’s institutions.

Al-Bayan University has laid out a roadmap for entering prestigious global rankings, including initiatives for prestigious scientific research and publishing. The university has seen significant research activity, highlighted by the hosting of its second academic conference (Al-Bayan University’s Second Conference) held on April 24-25, reflecting the university’s commitment to enhancing its scientific contributions and solidifying its role in academic research.

This achievement not only enhances Al-Bayan University’s position in international forums but also showcases its commitment to quality standards, sustainability, and international partnerships, affirming its fruitful journey towards excellence and innovation in higher education.
