The Technical Engineering College at Al Bayan University held a workshop on Sunday, September 22, 2024, titled “Restoring Balance: The Role of Community and Technology in Environmental Cleanup.”
Assistant Professor Dr. Jathwa Abdul Karim Ibrahim conducted the workshop, discussing the importance of community and technology working together to address environmental challenges.
The workshop also highlighted the significance of community awareness and the role of individuals in reducing pollution, along with a presentation on modern technologies used for environmental cleanup and improving the efficiency of natural resource management.
Additionally, the workshop shed light on technological initiatives aimed at mitigating climate change impacts and promoting environmental sustainability.
Attendees included the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohanad Sameer Al Sodani, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs Dr. Nouf Thabit, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs Dr. Asaad Abd Alhussain, along with department heads, faculty members, and students.
