In collaboration with the #Iraqi_Central_Bank, the Center for Continuing Education at Al-Bayan University held a training course titled 'Developing the Strategic Plan and Implementing the Action Plan in Banking Institutions'. The course was lectured by Prof. Dr. Hamza Mahmoud Shumkhi from the College of Business Administration, with wide participation from members of banking and financial institutions and faculty members. The course will continue for three days, from March 25 to 27, 2024.

The Al-Bayan University Council held its fifth regular session for the current academic year 2023-2024 on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. The meeting was attended by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Haider Talib Al-Amara, a representative from the founding body, the Vice Presidents for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, and the Deans of the colleges. The Council discussed items on its agenda, including the progress of the examination committees for the first-year students' first semester exams, as well as institutional accreditation at the university and program accreditation in the colleges. In the presence of the university's Founder representative, Dr. Ziyad Kazem Jabr, and the University Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Associate Professor Midian Abdul Wahab Jabr, the University hosted various activities. These included freehand drawing, football matches, a variety of sports games, as well as scientific, artistic, poetic, and literary dialogue sessions between professors and students.

To coincide with National Tree Planting Day, Al-Bayan University organized a major tree planting campaign within its green spaces. The event was attended by the University President, Dr. Haider Talib Al-Amara, representatives from the university founding party, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, as well as deans, faculty members, and students. The campaign was conducted in collaboration with the Municipality of the Green Zone and Airport Street.
