About the Graduate Follow-up Unit

The Training, Employment, and Follow-up Division at Al-Bayan University was established on 27/7/2021 under the direction of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The department aims to provide services and organize various activities to develop students and graduates, prepare them for the job market (both public and private sectors) according to their specializations, and follow up with them throughout their academic journey. It seeks to change societal perceptions about relying on and waiting for government jobs and to promote entrepreneurial concepts among different societal groups. On 4/3/2023, the Prime Minister launched the “Entrepreneurship Initiative” to develop and enhance the skills of students and graduates, enabling them to apply for and compete for jobs post-graduation through a series of training programs. To best prepare for the implementation of these training sessions, a training hall has been designated in all colleges of Al-Bayan University. Additionally, a cooperation agreement was signed with Bait Al-Hikma Company for training and administrative, economic, and banking consultations to train our university graduates.

Vision
