Going forward from the College of Health and Medical Techniques /Al-Bayan University and its research and support staff to launch in Bayan and various colleges of health and medicine in its departments (Medical Laboratory Techniques and Kidney Dialysis Techniques) at the university to reach the ranks of major universities. Large numbers of new colleges from the year 2022 until the year 2026 Supervisors of analyzing the conditions surrounding the college and the university in general, for which presidential paths will be determined that will enable it to excel among us, achieving successes in teaching and learning, scientific awareness, and community contribution Globally.

The educational, research and community service programs offered by the college in its various formations have gained a good reputation in scientific circles, and the university intends to maintain this good reputation and rise to the ranks of prestigious Arab and international colleges, making its graduates a basic requirement in the labor market.

The exceptional efforts made in preparing this strategy represent a great challenge, but the greatest challenge lies in implementing it and confronting the circumstances that hinder its implementation, especially in the field of research and the availability of capabilities, which places on the leadership of the college and university and its members a great responsibility to achieve it, in addition to the redoubling of efforts required.
