Vision :
The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at Al-Bayan University aspires to establish scientific cooperation agreements with reputable Iraqi and international universities. The goal is to foster partnerships between institutions, facilitate the exchange of expertise in academic and research fields, and enhance performance and output quality to better serve society .
Mission :
To elevate the university’s standards in scientific research and to develop academic staff through scientific cooperation agreements established with reputable Iraqi and international universities .
Objectives :
- To establish scientific cooperation agreements with reputable Iraqi, international, and Arab universities .
- To initiate joint programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels .
- To host professors from outside Iraq as visiting scholars to support scientific research at the university .
- To develop the expertise of teaching staff through the exchange of knowledge and experience with faculty members from reputable universities inside and outside Iraq .
- To leverage the expertise of non-Iraqi teaching staff from reputable international universities, especially those with rare specializations and high academic standing, to support the university’s academic staff .
- To admit and welcome students from outside Iraq and facilitate their studies as part of the “Study in Iraq” program .
