As part of its continuous efforts to achieve sustainable development goals and contribute to keeping pace with global modernization and advancement in finding new alternatives for energy provision, Al-Bayan University hosted a scientific seminar entitled ‘Introduction to Earth Energy Technology.’ The seminar was attended by Dr. Salah Al-Ansari, the Executive Director of the Spanish engineering company Aspactic, and Mr. Adrian Cardy, Sales Manager of the Spanish company Ecoforest specializing in renewable energies. The event was honored by the presence of the University President, Dr. Haider Talib Al-Imarah, along with deans, faculty members, and students. Coordinated with the College of Engineering Technology – Department of Mechanical Power Engineering, the seminar witnessed active participation and engagement. It aimed to introduce mechanisms for harnessing ‘earth energy’ and utilizing it as part of the quest for diversified renewable energy sources.”
