the Continuing Education Hall at the College of Health and Medical Techniques/ Al-Bayan University hosted a session focusing on food poisoning: causes, symptoms, and diagnosis. The session was delivered by the co-dean for administrative affairs (Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Attia Hamoudi), and addressed several important key points throughout the session:
• Identify the most important causes and sources of food poisoning.
– How to avoid food poisoning using accurate and correct preventive methods.
– Address the correct treatment after determining the cause of food poisoning, its prevalence, and severity.
• Identify the most important microorganisms that cause food poisoning in the general environment, along with their symptoms.
