Prof. Dr. Haider Jabr Ghabin, Dean of the College of Education at Al-Bayan University, participated in the activities of the forum titled
“Women and Decision-Making: Empowerment – Leadership – Impact,”
held under the slogan:
“With her awareness and voice, she makes decisions and builds the nation.”
The forum was held at Al-Hakim Hall – University of Baghdad / Al-Jadriya Campus on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Athmar Al-Shatri, Dean of the College of Education for Women and Director of the Center for Women’s Studies. The event brought together a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and experts interested in women’s studies and empowerment in both academic and national contexts.
This participation reflects the College of Education at Al-Bayan University’s commitment to fostering academic collaboration and actively engaging in national initiatives that contribute to empowering women and strengthening their role in decision-making and community development.
