The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Health and Medical held a training course on the method of blood withdrawal, which was given by miss Sarah Louay Sobhi and Dr. Mustafa Salim Sharif
The following important points have been touched upon:
1-How to deal with the patient during the blood drawing process
2-the steps of the process of drawing blood from the patient
3-introducing students to the risks during the withdrawal process and how they can be skipped
4 – How to equip a safe environment suitable for work and avoid pollution.

The training course was concluded the next day with practical application in the educational laboratories of the college with the students, and one of the most important outputs gained by the students in the training course is the correct way to use needles during the drawing process.
