In a new achievement added to the distinguished record of the College of Nursing at Al-Bayan University, two faculty members received recognition from His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi.
The honorees included:
• Prof. Dr. Hasanain Faisal Ghazi
• Lecturer Dr. Wissam Issam Abdulmaseeh
This recognition was awarded in appreciation of their outstanding completion and success in the “International Training Program for Capacity Building and Preparation of Professional Trainers (TOT),” which specializes in the field of developing scientific research skills.
This achievement was represented by each faculty member receiving two prestigious certificates:
1. A Certificate of Appreciation presented by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Prof. Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi), in recognition of their exceptional efforts and completion of the international program.
2. An international Certificate of Completion issued by the global organization “Clarivate” and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB), for their successful completion of the “Early Career Researchers Academy.”
It is noteworthy that the aforementioned program was conducted under the supervision of the Arab Scientific Research Councils and included seven programs and twenty-one training modules, covering advanced topics in scientific research, publication ethics, and academic collaboration. The program activities extended over six consecutive months, from April to October 2025.
As the Deanship of the College of Nursing congratulates this achievement, it expresses its immense pride in its esteemed faculty members. The Deanship affirms that this honor serves as a catalyst for further dedication and excellence and directly contributes to enhancing the level of research skills within the academic institution. We wish them continued success in their scientific and professional careers, in service of the higher education process in our beloved Iraq.
