Within the framework of the college of Health and Medical Techniques ‘ endeavor to promote health awareness among students and the community, the college organized an awareness lecture on anemia in the Continuing Education Hall and given by assistant Prof.Dr.Alia Kadhim Salem, where anemia is one of the most common health disorders globally. The lecture aimed to introduce the participants to the nature of the disease and its types, and to address the most prominent causes and the most prominent topics touched upon by the lecture:
1-definition of anemia diseases
2-identify the types of anemia
3-etiology and symptoms
4-the treatments used
5-practical side how to detect and identify these types through laboratory examination
