The unified examinations were launched between the Technical Engineering College at Al-Bayan University and the Technical Engineering College at Northern Technical University, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance the quality of education and standardize academic assessment mechanisms.

Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul-Jabbar Hussein Ali, Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Mohanad Sameer Al-Sodani, Dean of the College, followed the progress of the exam, emphasizing the importance of this collaboration in exchanging expertise and supporting the educational process.

The Assistant Lecturer, Ahmed Saeed Ibrahim, delegated by Northern Technical University, reviewed the conduct of the examination and praised the good organization and smooth procedures. He commended the efforts of the staff in preparing the exam halls and providing the necessary logistical support to ensure an ideal examination environment that supports students’ skills and elevates the standards of university assessment.
