With the rapid development of the economy and technology, getting a traditional job is no longer the only way to succeed, but an individual can make his own chance through entrepreneurship . It represents the transition from the mentality of job search to the mentality of creating opportunities and creating value, and the importance of this aspect in the labor market, the Collegeof Health and Medical Techniques organized a scientific seminar on leadership skills and teamwork, in which the lecturer Dr.Haider Ahmed Kadhim.
One of the most important objectives of the seminar:
1-define the concept of entrepreneurship and the difference between it and the traditional job.
2-demonstrates the importance of entrepreneurship in economic development and reducing unemployment.
3-distinguish between the entrepreneur and the traditional entrepreneur.
4-he gets acquainted with the characteristics and qualities of a successful entrepreneur.
5-explains the concept of innovation and added value in entrepreneurial projects.
6-comprehends the basics of the business model (Business Model).
7-identify the sources of entrepreneurial ideas and ways to discover opportunities
