On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the college organized a workshop for fourth-year students entitled “Choosing the Right Specialization and Understanding the Job Market,” as part of its ongoing efforts to support students in making well-informed academic and career decisions.

The workshop aimed to introduce students to the academic and practical criteria for selecting a specialization that aligns with their skills and interests. It also highlighted key opportunities and challenges in the local and regional job market. Several important topics were discussed, including personal skills assessment, employer expectations, and the most in-demand skills across various sectors.

The session witnessed active participation from students, with an open discussion addressing their questions about career planning, self-development strategies, the importance of internships, and how to build a professional CV.

At the conclusion of the workshop, organizers emphasized the importance of early career planning and encouraged students to take advantage of training courses and developmental activities to enhance their employability after graduation.
