On Monday, 2/3/2026, a training course entitled “Women’s Leadership: Professional Training and Development of Leadership Skills” was conducted by Assistant Lecturer Hajar Aqeel Kazem, faculty member at Al-Bayan University – College of Education – Department of English.
The course aimed to empower women both academically and professionally while strengthening their leadership presence. It focused on developing essential skills such as initiative, decision-making, self-confidence, effective communication, and managing challenges through practical, applicable strategies. It also addressed key psychological and social barriers and explored constructive ways to overcome them.
The course witnessed remarkable engagement from the participants and contributed to raising awareness of women’s leadership roles, fostering initiative and teamwork, and supporting the preparation of female leaders capable of creating positive impact within their communities.
