In implementation of the National Strategy to Combat Violence Against Women, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Nursing organized a specialized workshop titled “Empowering Women to Build a Conscious Culture,” with the participation of faculty members, staff, and students.
The workshop was presented by Professor Dr. Saja Hashem Mohammed, who emphasized the pivotal role of women as active members and essential partners in societal decision-making. The sessions included a detailed explanation of mechanisms to enhance cultural awareness and elevate women’s status to confront various challenges.

The workshop concluded with a set of scientific and practical recommendations aimed at enhancing women’s capabilities, most notably:
