The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Health and Medical Techniques organized on 2026/4/8 a lecture on the importance of managing courses and workshops, in which the lecturer by Russell Adnan Dawood gave.
Training courses are one of the most important means of skills development and capacity building, and their success depends on management and organization, as their concept is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating training programs to achieve educational goals.
The objectives of the course included:
1-achieving educational outputs, developing skills, improving performance, enhancing interaction.
2-it shall be in several stages, namely planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation.
3-The success of the course depends on planning, good execution, and interaction.
