The Scientific Affairs Division at the Technical Engineering College, Al-Bayan University, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Global Warming: Causes and Environmental Impacts” on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The seminar was attended by the Dean Assistant for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Asaad Abdul Hussein Al-Baydhani, along with a number of faculty members and students.

The seminar addressed the primary causes of global warming and the resulting accelerated climate changes and their adverse effects on ecological systems. It further examined the direct implications for natural resources and human health, while highlighting the importance of environmental awareness and the adoption of sustainable practices to mitigate this phenomenon.

The event witnessed notable engagement from attendees through interventions and discussions that enriched its themes and enhanced collective understanding of current environmental challenges.
