Based on our firm belief in the role of Science in building countries, and the desire of the Deanship of College of Health and Medical Techniques at Al Bayan University, and with the support of its distinguished staff, to launch the college and its three scientific departments (Medical Laboratory Techniques, Kidney Dialysis Techniques, Aesthetics and Laser Techniques) to the ranks of leading colleges and universities, we put in your hands today the fruit of continuous efforts represented in the development strategy of the college for the years (2022-2026).

This comprehensive strategy has been prepared based on a thorough scientific analysis of the circumstances surrounding the College in particular and the University in general, to identify clear and thoughtful paths that enable us to excel in performance and achieve the highest standards of success in the fields of teaching and learning, scientific research, as well as effective institutional development and effective community participation.

The college’s updated vision, mission, and core governing values have become a real motivation for all our members to create a scientific and research environment that keeps pace with the latest global developments in the higher education sector. The educational, research and community service programs offered by the College in its various forms have gained a good reputation in the scientific community; and while we intend to maintain this achievement at Bayan university, we aspire to rise to the ranks of prestigious Arab and international colleges, making graduates of our college the basic and first demand in the labor market.

The extraordinary efforts made in the preparation of this strategy represent an achievement and a challenge at the same time, but the biggest challenge lies in the will to implement and face the challenges that may hinder application, especially in enhancing the sobriety of scientific research and providing the necessary capabilities. This puts on the shoulders of the leadership of the college and the University, and all its members, a great academic responsibility to redouble efforts, and translate this vision, mission and goals into reality to achieve the leadership we seek.
